easel card tutorial

hello friends, some of you asked to share how i have made my Harmony Bear card from the blog hop.

so here is what you need:

2 pieces of Cardstock:  8 1/2 x 4 1/4 and 4 1/4 x 4 1/4

score the bigger piece at 4 1/4 and 6 3/8 (see picture above)

now fold the the 4 1/4 score line inward and the other score line outwards just like this

now glue the square onto the top flap(oops too much glue)

it should look like this

now you want to have something on the bottom of the inside card so the top can "lean" on it. i cut 2 strips of 4 1/4 x 1 . you can have the strip bigger like 4 1/4x2 or 4 1/4x3 if you wanted to write a message.

now go ahead and decorate the top square however you'd like :)
